We use your data solely to operate the work tool: account management, attendance control, warehouse presence verification, shift management, fuel and mileage tracking, productivity calculation, operational notifications and employment relationship management.
The app requests location access only while you are using it. We use it to confirm you are within the radius of your assigned warehouse when recording your clock-in or clock-out. We do not track your location in the background or store it permanently.
Your data may be processed by SLC's contracted service providers to run the app: Google (authentication and maps), Cloudinary (photo storage) and Resend (email delivery). These transfers are necessary for the employment relationship and do not require additional consent under Article 37 of the LFPDPPP.
You may access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your data by emailing ayuda@slc-rm.com with your full name, registered email and a clear description of your request. We will respond within 20 business days.
We apply password hashing, HTTPS/TLS communications, restricted server access and role-based access control. Photos are stored in cloud services with controlled access.
We may update this notice due to legal or operational changes. We will notify you through the app or by email.
